Returns & Exchanges
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size. If you’re unsure of your measurements, we recommend double-checking with a measuring tape before ordering.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return and send your item back to us for an exchange or store credit.
Please note:
- Custom orders (including personalized or made-to-order items) cannot be returned.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition you received it
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange will be processed. New items are shipped within 3–5 business days.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item and can be used toward a future purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
